Refund Policy
The refund policy will vary from product/service to product/service and shall be exclusively mentioned in the product or service Agreement/Purchase order. The same shall be applicable throughout the journey of the delivery of the service/product. In case of successful but post-payment due to unexpected and extenuating circumstances, the seller or vendor or service provider is not able to provide the committed service or the product, the individual service/products refund policy will be applicable for determining whether refunds will be granted for the transaction/purchase order, and the time-frame for processing refunds will be determined by MIKE.
